Love it! It used to take me a lot of time to cut vegi and ginger into slices. Until I found this ! Wife got another smaller gadget but it wasn’t as nice. This tool is sharp and easy to use and easy to clean up. Just don’t press too hard and the cut will be nice. After use just simply wash all parts off.

When I have grated cheese in the past with a box grater there was always a concern of catching a finger tip on the grate and making a mess. Also could grating soft cheese was a challenge. This rotary grater on our first use went through blocks of swiss, feta, and mozzarella with ease. WE did not think the mozzarella would work but what a surprise when it came out shredded without any fuss. This unit is well constructed, the suction on the bottom holds on to the counter top really well. Cleanup is fairly easy as the disassembly is straight forward. Looking forward to trying it out with vegetables.
